Terrible app
I’ve been having such a hard time trying to set up payment method. Not only does it not let me enter the small amount my bank deposited for verification purposes, but it also doesn’t let me enter a debit card information. I tried using the chat feature and nobody ever contacted me. Now I have to go out of my way, get cash, buy a money order so I can pay rent on time and not have lat fees. App won't allow for Maintenance request updated
You can update or cancel requests. Which forces us to create an her request to provide updates. And can't cancel so could cause unneeded visits.…???…???…????

Garage door & push button panel repair request
Submitted a request on Sunday evening requiring my garage door and push button access panel be made operational.
I think the plastic panel cover was caulked or painted closed last week. My garage door also doesn’t open/close as well. Unit 106, Garage B6.Bustedinsj

The easy of use is great for submitting work orders. I would recommend adding additional subcategories. For instance, there is only an option for “freezer” under appliances.dShieldsy
