Needs more subcategories
The easy of use is great for submitting work orders. I would recommend adding additional subcategories. For instance, there is only an option for “freezer” under appliances.

Can not update payment option
Received a new card and the app will not accept new card it says it’s already saved. Would be nice to delete the cards on file and add the new card/s for payment.
