Rent prices are crazy high… but that’s not the team’s problem
Like I said, rent is going up way more and amenities aren’t keeping pace… but neither of those are the fault of the app development team so what can ya’ do! 🙃So far so good!

Just got the app and submitted a maintenance request. Time will tell if it works well, but it looks like a solid mobile version of the website so I’m happy with it currently.Happy to live here.
The staff are very helpful and friendly and are always willing to go out of there way to make sure we are happy and I am. The property is always well kept, nice and clean. I will recommend this community to others for sure.Does not prompt with the 2.5% service fee they are going to charge you.
Pointless Message shows up saying there will be a service fee assessed at some point without giving you any idea of how much this will be.First time I have used portal to request maintenance
