The app itself seems fine and dandy, but I don’t know why I have to pay a service fee to use this method to pay my lease. That only became a requirement when my apartment complex switched to this app.erickmyman
Lacking Feature, easy to use.
This app only let you have access to send payment and send maintenance request. Where is the payment history? Where is the payment/bill details? Why can’t I have access to the maintenance history? Why can’t I have access to the maintenance progress?S4M.2018

The UI is not great.
When it asks you to select between two different options you can barely see that there is a circle to the left of the word. The fill of the circle is black and so is the background of the page. The circle is a dull orange and it is so fine a line you really can’t see it.feedback from A Carlson
