Force to use Card Pay More inFees
This is the first time using online payment. Been waiting to get set up no one shared this process. If you want to use the no cost method which is your checking account it forces you to have to wait to get bank verified (3days) which means your forced to use some sort of debit or credit card which has a fee attached above the amount of your rent. If you want to wait you will have a late fee, even if this is done on the 1st and rent is late on the 4th. You can’t use this method if you of course want to pay on time the use of online payment. This app is amazing, convenient. I love the fact that I could put in a maintenance request and go off to work and know that the request will be filled and I don’t have to worry about trying to call the office I could just do it all from the app. I can pay my rent and even renew my lease this app is so much more convenient for meShow lessBlackros33
