Mexican train
I am very new to this game and certainly do not understand all the innuendos. I’m hoping if I play more, I will come to understand a) the scoring b) when it’s my turn and c) to find out if there is a way to play less ends. I have played Mexican train for years on an app that would no longer work after Apples last update….gotta hate that …as I truly enjoyed my previous M.T. And I could choose how many ends I wanted to play depending on the time I had to waste

Response from developer
a) score is a sum of points of remaining tiles b) current moving player has lightened train background c) "less ends" - do you mean less number of opponents?
Scoring is tilted
I can win handily but can only gain 6 points max under the basic easy game. But if the tiles do not go my way and I lose bad I lose 19 points. Essentially I went backwards three games. Why would I continue playing?
Player 3 Always Starts Last
A disadvantage for us - the humans - since players 1 & 2 always go first and second. It’s still an easy enough game to win, though, because players 1 & 2 don’t arrange their Mexican trains very well.
frustrating
as others have stated, there are no rules or instructions. First of all, I know how to play but, this GAME/VERSION is confusing. Why does AI get to go multiple times but I only get to go once? It's not supposed to be like that. Each player should be able to place dominoes until he or she can't play anymore. But, not in this game....I watched the video -which I didn't need to do- because I know how to play - but I watched it and it was useless because it doesn't help with this app at all! Overall, the app and design are FLAWED.
