Requires an egregious amount of telemetry data.
The buttons on your desk won't do anything until you install the mobile app, give it WiFi AND Bluetooth permission, and allow it an external internet connection. If you disable these it won't let you use the desk, even without the phone app. No internet connection? Too bad, your f**cking desk needs an always-on internet connection to go up and down. The quality of their desk materials and craftsmanship dropped significantly compared to the first desk I bough from Autonomous back in 2019. Typical.Show lessPixel | Perfect

I can't even log in to the app anymore. This is just 7 months after buying the Connect desk. I regret paying the extra money.iverenshaguy
Schedule doesn’t work
Lots of little things around this not working quite right, but the major issue I have is I paid extra for the Bluetooth version of the desk so I could set a standing schedule. It’s worked maybe 4 times in total. Little to no updates on this app, so doubt anything will get fixed.taulars

I’m soooo regret that I bought the connect desk, the schedule function in this app only works correctly 5 days out of the past 6 months. One day after I connect their customer service each time. It either doesn’t move as scheduled or move when not scheduled, dev team really don’t know what they are doing.

Is this app even tested before reaching production??
Authentication workflow are broken, no verification email ever arrives not even to a hotmail account.. log in with apple does NOT work, results in an error every single time and then the button disappears from the app.. ONLY authentication method that works is log in with Google… every “new” release is a step backwards.. 😒Show lessnone_dont_like_nicknames
It's a good start.
What's good: Simple UI, Snappy & Responsive, Mild Customization. What could be better: Would benefit from a Dark Mode, Sign in w/Apple is hit or miss, An iOS widget would be awesomeWorks but needs more features!

Working as expected!
I purchased SmartDesk connect, and connected the desk with this app. Everything is working as expected, pretty nice.
You can customize the height for different profiles and can schedule the duration of profile.
If the profiles setup in app can sync with the desk profiles will be better. And hope it can work with Siri or Google assistance in the future!Show lessirvingliao
