Ease of use and handy
This is the second time I’ve used this app with an A&K trip. Having all the information customized and readily available has been great. No more digging out the paper itinerary to see what the next event or activity is.KeibbeD

The A&K app rocks
The A&K app was indispensable during my solo journey with them in Turkey. It kept up to date with latest happenings in each location. Further the app sent reminders and notices which were wholly appropriate and timely.

Just works for high level itinerary, still need to use paper sheets for details during the trip
The app was good for the high level overview of the trip for our tour and for the flights we booked to and from our origin and destination country.
However once we landed, we got the printed sheets with additional details for our local guide pick up times/ locations as well as in-country flights with reservations codes for check in etc.
To be specific, the app would say “meet your A&K guide in the lobby”. It didn’t say what time, so we had to refer to the printed sheets. Same with the flight details.
With these printed sheets, we didn’t really use the app. The app could have been a lot more useful and could have eliminated the use of paper sheets, and also be used for additional details for the places we were visiting or restaurants we should eat at near where we were staying (when the meal wasn’t included for some of the days).Show lessJacrs

We just used your app on our two week trip to Europe and found it to be the only info source we used for all of our activities, touring, hotels, meals, transportation details and points of interest to visit on the trip. I will be a heavy user going forward.

Now I can pull up my whole trip just by opening my phone! Each Day’s Itinerary, Destination Info, and Departure/ Return hours right there! Now I can look back even at the end of my trip, and REMIND myself the specific Sites I saw. This App is a GIFT!Solinala
