Very Convenient way to order ahead of time.
I love Waffle House and I love the app. Very handy and convenient to use/ This lets me order ahead of time and to beat long lines.

So if you log in and check it between 4-430 in the afternoon on Tuesday you’ll be able to see your pay and schedule ; but after that time period for the remainder of Tuesday until Thursday the app is down for maintenance
When will you update?
This app needs an update there’s no reason why it’s so hard to see my schedule/pay. I can understand that bugs happen with apps but for this app to had last been updated 2 years ago this happens waaaay too often.
Crashes
Just downloaded & as soon as you open the app it crashes. This is horrible! I thought this would be better especially since the local WH doesn’t answer the phone. I would rate this app with ZERO stars but I can’t so it’s one star because I’m being forced to leave one.
The app does NOT work on apple.
I down loaded the app after passing Waffle House in an Uber.
I love Waffle House and realized Waffle House isn’t available of GrubHub nor DoorDash. So I down loaded the Waffle House app. It doesn’t work at all. I down loaded and it opens the app and then goes to a blank screen. No options. Just swipe up to clear the app and it goes away: I deleted: the app is just not an app. Hopefully in the future I can open the app and order. But for now, the app is just a stall.

I absolutely love Waffle House.. one of my favorite places to eat.. the app asks for “to-go service fee” and “to-go utensil fee” and then asks for an additional tip.. I ALWAYS tip when I eat in store but to charge those ridiculous fees like Uber Eats then ask for a tip is absurd. Defeats the purpose of having an app.

It's basically just the website. Useless. Tons of reviews say it's for employees, not customers. Cool. Then it should be advertised as such. Instead, it's advertised as a general Waffle House app, and in that regard it's garbage. To the person saying just to come in and order, rather than call or order online: no. I work two F&B jobs myself and don't have that kind of time. Get with the program, Waffle House. It's 2023.

No Mobile Ordering
This app is just the Waffle House website. Please WF, just make an app like every other restaurant.
Full nutrition section
Just letting you know, if you press on “Food” then the “Full nutrition” section, you can’t go back into the app, and you’re stuck. Also, I’m hoping there is some way to the reward system on here. That would encouraging and fun when going to Waffle House.
