Awful experience
These past two days I’ve tried to use this app and it’s given me nothing but trouble. The first day I accidentally put it as the wrong location, but there was no where on the app I was able to cancel the order much less even view it. And it was a nightmare trying to have the store cancel and we don’t even know if we will actually get a refund for it. Today we gave it a second chance and once again had another issue. It scheduled our food for the next day. We didn’t have a choice to schedule it or to even know what time it would be ready until after we paid. I spoke to the people at the store if there’s anyway to make it today and just make a note that it was already made and they said they couldn’t and said in order to make the food we would have to purchase it again. They had me go all the way back through the line (which took forever) just for them to tell me they were out of chicken tenders. Literally the only reason why we went here. My Zaxbys was recently renovated. I’m upset by the new design and by historical items lost. This zaxbys has been in Monroe, Ga for well over 10 years and has always had a very classic and old design. Your taking away the authenticity of Zaxbys by making look like a millennials house. They have taken away many options at this Zaxbys and it has made the customer experience way less enjoyable. There was a drink machine that allowed customers to have flexibility in what they drank and was a very bad idea. As a person who knows others with health conditions. They need this flexibility to be able to drink options right for them. This is not ok and I think management needs to take into consideration the customers and what elements were most beneficial to business. It’s just stupid to take away items that drive people towards the business. The old Zaxbys was unlike any other and they have lost many customers due to the renovation.Show lessEmployees were great food not so much
I would like to say that every employee I encountered was very polite and professional. I really appreciate that. It’s the food I have a problem with. It’s hit or miss with the chicken. Sometimes it’s cooked perfectly and others it was way overcooked. I would also get these tiny little pieces of chicken. At first I laughed until I realized it was actually considered one of the tenders. Sometimes it was two tiny pieces. Let’s talk about these fries. Probably the worst fries I’ve ever had. The first few times I had them they were so undercooked and some were raw in the middle. Today I asked them to cook them a little longer and they did. But I got my order and went straight home, 3 miles away, and the fries were so cold. Zero warmth. The only reason I have been eating there so much recently is I was very ill for a couple of months and my daughter sent me a gift card.
