What is the point
I don’t even understand why there’s a Waffle House app of I can’t order pick up …
This app is less useful than googling the store
There’s nothing this app can do that you can’t also do with a quick Google search.
Also, whoever created the FAQS list is crazy. You can’t tell me anyone asked half of those questions.

What a waste Waffle House time and money...
The app is misleading. I clicked the link on myWaffleHouse.com employee login screen to download the app for iOS. Very disappointed. After thumbing through the app, I learned that the app has no functions for an employee. The app is for customers, so why would you want to put the link to download the app on the employee page? Poor planning there.
Also, after thumbing through the app., yet some more, I found that it only appears to be customer friendly... the app has no REAL applicable functions that I could see. You can put together an order online, yet Waffle House DOES NOT do online ordering. I’ll say it again, poor planning there, and I would like to add: what a waste of company funds, and I hope someone actually makes the app into a true app, and not this poor misrepresentation of one

Why is this even an app
This app is pointless. I don’t need this app to find the closest Waffle House…Apple Maps does that for me. I can’t even place an online order with the app… but oh wait I can buy merch that no one would ever wear. Just delete the app Waffle House unless you add the ability to place online orders.
Can’t order takeout
Why else have an app if not to be able to order takeout? This is a useless app and I’ve already deleted it.

I hope they didn’t pay someone to make this app. It allows you to put together a meal as if you can place an order for a meal online. When you go to actually try to order the meal there is no button that allows you to do so. So why would you let me put together the meal in the first place??!!!
