Hardware Issues
Hardware needs to be updated, been having problems with signing into “Billing” through the app and a big error page keeps popping up. It’s been almost a month now and it’s still hasn’t been fixed yet.Danceprofessor

HORRIBLE! City Fitness DO BETTER!
No support on this app. Wouldn’t even let me get past the login page. Running me in circles saying that my email isn’t linked to any account. Even though my email is verified. And there is so support on any of this no help button, no FAQ, no problem solving. Nothing. Horrible.fcalled

Has all the basics but that’s about it. Not that great by any means but not terrible either from what I can tell. Could definitely use updating to make it look/feel modern and not like an app from 2012a male listener
