App crashes upon sign in
The app let’s me get past the login page to select my home gym, but then the platform crashes before I can get any further. Incredibly frustrating. I’m a new gym member and would like to sign up for classes but this app is garbage.thisNicknameIsalreadyTaken000
I Can’t Book Classes
This app used to work but now I can’t book any classes. It either give me an error that “the department isn’t set up” or I get all the way to the booking section and it says there’s an error and it can’t complete my booking. I’ve not gone to class for 2 weeks now because I can’t tell if it’s filled.Show lessMaura417
Better than it was.
It’s pretty user friendly, but it appears that the waitlist functionality isn’t working. When clicking the button to be added to the waitlist, it just gives a response that the class is full.Former (semi) fan
Harder to use than the old app
The new app is even harder to use than the old app. Very difficult to sign in/out, menu is not intuitive. Can’t figure out how to link myzoneBob842643793
Old app was better
Prior to the update, I could sign in to the bill payment section of the app but not into the portion that lets you sign up for classes (of course). After the update, it stays open for a second before crashing and closing. This app is useless and I don’t understand why the gym switched to this useless one.Show lesscdiaz41
What’s the point?
New app doesn’t transfer info (check-ins, points earned) from previous app.superfluous nickname
