It’s Good!
I showed up for Hank Green and stayed because this game is actually great. The full-version is very obviously worth it - and 10% of that money goes to charity :)

Having a blast with Gubbins, love the fun word making element, the art is cute and entertaining, and the variety of little guys make it very fun, and super addicting. I decided to buy the launch pack and it was super worth it. Highly recommend!
What a beautiful game!!
I was addicted to the app in minutes! It’s fun and visually stunning, and I love the good and bad gubbins- it’s such an original idea! My ONLY criticism is it can be a bit fiddly on iPhone? I use up all my undos all the time, not because I want to replay letters, but because I’ve placed them down one cell out of place. Would be nice to preview your letters before you officially play them?

Great little game
Loving the playability - like the previous reviewer - understanding the rotate function took going thru the tutorial a couple times.
Curious what the ‘new things’ that you get are - there’s no real explanation other than you got a new thing - doesn’t look like I got any new GUBBINS or achievements - I am in my mid 60’s and probably missing something basic!!

GUBBINS!!!!!!
This game is very entertaining. From the cute critters to the addicting gameplay. Absolutely would recommend buying to support too. It’s one time, and fairly inexpensive. I genuinely don’t understand the reviews saying this is bad??? I’m sorry y’all don't think asking for money for your effort is fair.

Amazing art
Is an amazing hame but the art is what is make it stand out among hundreds of games. Plus the one time purchase is an amazing feature. I already purchased the launch pack offer and is worth each penny. Please never stop updating this game and adding to it new game modes, features, bug fixes and specifically new art, new animations, new characters, cartoons. It is amazing, if you keep doing all these things, this game will be the most purchased and played in the entire app store.

Lovely game and lovely team
I love this game! I didn't really hesitate to buy the full pack so I can play for as long as I want, and I don't regret it. I made a postcard saying 'best ten dollars ever spent'. Making postcards is really fun and allows you to connect with other players if you share them online. Overall this game is super fun, creative, cute, and great. The team is very responsive and friendly as well!

The game looks gorgeous, one of the best I’ve seen recently.
The gameplay is fun and varied. The fact that the tile set and offered gubbins change each round with a new challenge to try each day as well keep things fresh.
But that’s only half the fun! After completing a round you can create shareable postcards using the words you have formed, along with backgrounds and stickers. This is a genius inclusion from the devs.

Cute but has issues
Gubbins has a lot of potential. However, there are two major issues. The first being the limited dictionary, which is really disappointing and disincentivises trying to built complex words. The second is that occasionally (it’s happened to me twice) when you place a letter, the letters that are ready on the board magically change?! This seems like an unintentional bug but again, is frustrating in a game that I paid $8 for.

Great Game, but one issue.
This game is great. The gameplay is entertaining and engaging. The biggest issue in my opinion is the ability to play one game a day. I would rather have an ad before every game than only being able to play every 24 hours. An adjustment would be having the premium remove ads. Over than those issues this is a great game.
