I am writing this message to whomever it may concern. Today, January 31st 2023 @ 11PM , I had the rudest over the phone encounter with a team member at the North Miami location. I placed an online order on the Night Owl app for two cookies. When receiving the order it was all taped up and secured BY THE STORE. When opening it there was a roach crawling all over both cookies. I immediately call the store that I ordered from. A young lady answers, I let her know my concerns. She rudely replies “Oh nah. No at this store. It was probably the dasher.” I let her know it was all sealed up and say I doubt it was the dasher. She says it’s not “her problem” to contact doordash. I told her I used the actual Night Owl app and she hung up in my face. I have never came across such unprofessionalism especially when one is in the wrong
