Delivery can be difficult
Since they outsource their delivery via DoorDash if there is a problem with your driver they have no way of making sure you get your cookie. This happened to me tonight and although I got a full refund this manifested after I had already been waiting for my order for over half an hour. Worst app EVER for food delivery
I love night Owl cookies. I order them at least once a week and they are my favorite way to indulge my sweet tooth. However, their app falls short on so many levels. Once you place an order it gives you a completely inaccurate delivery time. It outsources delivery to door Dash, with no way to contact a driver, cancel an order, or speak to customer service. I waited over an hour and a half for my cookies to arrive, and when I called the store, they still had not been picked up. I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with a manager who would cancel my order and hopefully give me a refund. I still have not seen the refund and there’s no way to get any customer service through the app to indicate there is a problem with my order (ie never arrived!). I’ll go back to using Postmates for night owl cookies. Do not use this app for delivery!Show lessalifonseca
