Crashes on launch, Support is unresponsive
I had been a user for quite some time with no issue (more than a year) but within the last month when I open the app it immediately crashes.
I contacted support and was told to update my device and redownload the app in a canned response. I was already on the current version of iOS and deleted and redownloaded the app with no change in behavior.
Support has yet to respond to me.

App no longer works. Just opens then closes. Deleted and re-downloaded the app but the same thing happens. Contacted support who said it was because my iPhone didn’t have the latest version of iOS, but that’s inaccurate. Software is up to date, app just fell apart after latest update. App used to rock. I had this app up and running for almost two years, but now when I try to open it it immediately crashes. I tried using it in several places like DABS and the airport and was greeted with blank stares. I actually walked up to a Sandy City police officer that was parked in the same lot as me and asked him if he would accept this if he had pulled me over. Again blank stare. I explained the part about how the legislature had authorized it and he was nice enough to take a look at the app and plug in my data into his computer and see my info come up. He reluctantly said he would probably accept this as valid ID. Then he asked me if I was comfortable unlocking my phone and handing it to law enforcement and letting them sit in their car with it while I waited in mine. It made me think. I’ve got nothing to hide, but I don’t unlock my phone and hand it anyone except maybe family and very close friends.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello, Please update your applications as well as the device. The way to hard update it is to go to the App store, tap your profile Icon, and scroll down to ensure everything is up to date. Please let me know if this resolves the issue. Thank you, GET Mobile Support
