Reviews of Lake City Bank Card Controls

  • Needs improvement

This provides a useful overview of budgeting and spending, etc. However, one thing that really needs to improve is that some transactions do not show up in the spending category. Bills that I pay online or by phone are not included in the spending total, even though the charges are drawn on our Lake City Bank checking account. In order to get a full accounting of a month’s spending I need to go to the spending category and then add in bills that were paid but not reflected in the app. This really needs to be improved.
  • Why are card controls not included in the main Lake City Bank app?

I really just want one banking app, not two.
  • Simplify

This app offers helpful features and works well with the main digital banking app, but it would be easier as a consumer if the card controls were just built into the main app.
