The Xeal charger is a life save in my apt. I have a Tesla and use the app weekly. It sometimes takes a while to get the charger activated but after a recent update it’s pretty easy and smooth to get the charger activated. All in all I’d recommend it!
My apartment complex just replaced our EV charges with new Xeal chargers. I love how easy the charges along with the app are to use. Very intuitive. I also love the fact that when my vehicle is fully charged I don’t get continuously billed. The last system kept billing unless you explicitly ended your charging session.
Xeal chargers were recently installed in my parking garage at work. The first time I tried to use one, it didn't work. I suspected the poor internet connection in the basement garage might be the issue, so I contacted Xeal customer service via text through the app. To my surprise, they responded very quickly and informed me that internet connection is not required for charging. The next time I needed to charge my car, I followed one of their instructions: logging out of the app, restarting my phone, and logging back in. This time, the charging process went smoothly without any issues.
Had issues with charging and the support team worked around the clock to help me out! Did a fantastic job and use the charger all the time now!
I requested help of the support team to resolve an issue with my electric vehicle . These technicians never gave up offering possible solutions till, after weeks of trying everything, inc upgrades to the chargers and sending out a technician, successfully came up with the perfect solution.
The team never gave up and now I can charge my car every time with confidence and five star treatment. thank you all!
XEAL is always convenient and reliable.
The app needs an Apple Wallet and Apple Watch versions so I can just bring up using Apple wallet on my watch and tap without having to get out my phone. chargePoint has this and it works great.

Constantly getting charged more than I am using, terrible support, half the time the tap to turn off or on works half the time it doesn’t.

My friend and I spent over 24 hours trying to get her car charged. This is a highly disorangized company that can not deliver on the one thing that maters. They left us stranded with no support call back in over 24 hours despite understanding how desparate the situatuion was. My friend was forced to take an uber to downtown in an attempt to get medicine. She was harrased and put into danger from this activity. This is a very poorly designed app. The product manager should be fired. It was giving an NFC notifiaciton that would relaunch the app and never charge. If you are an apartment manager, you are putting your tenants at risk if you work with Xeal. Don't do it.
I always had a bad experience with XEAL, I have XEAL chargers at work and another charger at my apartment. The one at the apartment always detects my phone at the first attempt while xeal always takes 20+ minutes!! I have tried every possible angle of exposing the back of phone camera to the reader on the charger front and it never works for me on first few attempts. Each time it works, it is in a different position. I am not sure if it’s something wrong with my phone or all of the 4 chargers are broken that I have tried with.
