Rate increase without warning, poor support, activation issues
Our complex has two units, one with a broken adapter that won’t lock. Repeated attempts to contact Xeal yields no results. Like most charger networks, rates are exorbitantly high (3x normal utility rates), and rate increases are NOT announced (our rates just went up 50%). Activation is a constant problem, even with current iPhones… last attempt to activate req’d a phone reboot and a dozen activation tries before clicking on.Developer Response

Charging rates are determined by the charger host (typically the management company) but we can certainly share this feedback to them on your behalf.
