Easy Tap and Go
Finally an easy charging solution! You just tap your phone on the charger and you are ready to go. Could not be easier. I am impressed with how fast it is to start and end my charge.Judy R92L
Awesome charging in my apartment building
Simple interface and it always works. There just aren’t enough chargers so I’m asking the manager to add more.
Pretty fast as you just tap the charger and it charges my phone afterward. The only suggestion is it would be nice to have ability to add another credit card or Apple PaySFChmotor
Business model leads to high prices
Even though I’m paying 65% less per kWh for power in my complex, it doesn’t matter b/c Xeal has signed a deal with property mgmt. There seems to be no recourse for end users to work towards more reasonable charging fees (thanks, revenue sharing). Make sure your building mgmt does more than say “we have EV charging”… check rates and whether or not you have alternatives.iceblink
To much reliance on phone
I shouldn’t have to have my phone to plug and unplug my car into a spot I pay toraggravatedcoffidence
