R.E.A.C.H. Fitness and Nutrition App is a unique “2 in1” fitness and nutrition app. The video-workout programs track cardio exercise, instruct on strength/interval training, balance, and flexibility. They are customizable to the individual’s experience and workout environment, whether in a gym, at home or traveling. Preferences can be set based on your workout frequency, and available equipment. Throughout your workout, you will be prompted to incorporate interval training based on your choice of Core, Abs, Stretch and Heart-Healthy movements. Our food tracker program and portion control guides eliminate the complexity of tracking calories and energy output with its streamlined proprietary “Coin Your Success” system which assigns a coin value to food and includes a process to earn/save coins with cardio activities undertaken.
To achieve one’s weight loss goals, the R.E.A.C.H. Fitness and Nutrition App assigns the appropriate coins to “spend” on food consumption based on the user’s fitness profile and reserves the appropriate coins from their daily coin requirement to help the user “save” the necessary coins. Weight loss efforts can be expedited with additional coins earned/saved from cardio efforts undertaken. The App also monitors sodium and macronutrients to help the user successfully reach their healthy lifestyle goals.

Food Tracker defaults to the calorie tracking option.
This is perfect if you’re looking for a single app to use for a customizable fitness routine and food tracker. What I like most is the flexibility of the workouts - there’re options for travel, gym and home workouts (especially useful if you work from home without a lot of equipment).
I also like the variety of exercise options to choose from. I have limited space, so not all exercises are feasible or I don’t have the equipment. Being able to choose the workout for a given muscle group is amazing and I love the videos (so helpful to follow without being in person with a trainer).
Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a holistic and flexible personal trainer and nutritional experience.
