Flawed system
I hate this app. When i make a booking the app automatically changes the address. I always have to walk to meet the driver at a random location instead of getting picked up at the actual location i booked the taxi from.

We always choose Albatross Cars for our journeys to the airport. They contact us when our flight has landed back in the UK. Cars clean and drivers are courteous.
Very easy to use app
Would definitely recommend as you can chose to pay with Apple Pay, card or to pay in car. Also it’s helpful that you can see roughly how long it will take for your taxi as when your booking it tells you how many mins away it is. Also it lets you track taxi

Fantastic service!
The app makes everything so easy. We’ve been working in Derby all week and every cab we’ve ordered has been on time and ready to go when we are. My only criticism is that the air fresheners in a couple of cabs have been absolutely overpowering, to the point where on one ride I had to complete my journey with my head out of the window, and on another I had to remove the freshener and put it in the glove box! Minor gripes though because the service has been great, and the app makes booking and paying incredibly easy. 👍

Overall good app, could be a bit more accurate with the Map pin, but once your used to manually changing Address works ok!!

You offer a 100% reliable service. My hospital trips have become quite frequent recently. And I know I can totally rely on your promptness & courtesy without fail. It eases the trauma of being a regular outpatient considerably. I never need to worry about getting to the Royal Derby Hospital or returning home. Your drivers always arrive spot on time.
I shall never consider using any other taxi service. Your service is like having one's own chauffeur.

Made me late for work
What’s the point in having the pre-book option when it still assigns a driver 10 minutes before your booking, only for them to cancel on me forcing me to be massively late for work? Cheers for that…booked it the day before so should’ve had a driver ready.
