Okay so I have never left a review before but THE FIRST will be for this app. While signing up the membership screen shows up without verification and It automatically signed me up for the $120 membership that I did NOT want. If you try to call the number on their instagram, there will be no answer and the team will never contact you back. If I do not get contacted back just like the others don’t either with this same problem. I feel as if they will have a lawsuit on their hands by multiple people for the faulty advertising, the lack to contact their customers back, taking money without verification, and the the overall poor setup. If customer service or support was better than a 3 day response time and they did verification instead of just a POP UP $120 charge more people would be using this app.
I cannot express how much I love this app. I’ve also learnt the most from this app compared to others such as Acorns or Robinhood. I feel like this is such a great app for people new to investing or that are terrified of it like myself. It makes it more accessible to the young female generation. I am less afraid of investing now and have learned more about finance, investing, and the companies im investing in. I live in the non city area of Colorado so we aren’t up to trends or anything like that. But when I’m learning about the market through Alinea I feel more confident about my investing decisions even though I’m not there to witness anyone of those trends or changes. Been looking for an app like this for a while, and after seeing it on TikTok, so I decided to download it. The user interface makes it very easy to use and it’s aesthetically pleasing. The issue I have with it is the investor spend more time making ads, then actually being active on other platforms. I attempted to research before actually investing and getting into the app. They have a Discord that they aren’t even active on and the TikTok account that they have for this is mainly just add to not actually how to use the app or tips or anything. It could be a very good app, but I feel like I’ve basically had to go into this blind, because there was no one you can actually ask for about information. even on their website, the most recent article was from forever ago. I’m not quick to judge the app, but I am quick to judge the creators and their lack of presence. i’ve tried to get people to start a conversation in the Discord so that I could have an understanding and so that others can have an understanding, but it seems the creators are just not there nor do they want to check it. I want to learn more, I want to earn more, but how can I know what do to without some guidance?

The automatic investing feature is definitely nice, and I’ve gotten some returns from it. However, the app isn’t that intuitive to use. I don’t really use the news page but it takes up most of the home page. I would prefer a larger graph layout like Robinhood has right on the front page that show your investments - so you don’t have to click into each one to see them. Overall I think the app is a good idea, but it’s not interesting enough for me to use often.
