Doesn’t work, false advertisement
So excited when we saw the ad in our local consulate. The app claims that it will allow Indonesians to open an account from outside of Indonesia. Have tried more than 10 times to register from US, always got stuck on the OTP. Basically the OTP is never received on the US number. I would give this app negative 5 stars if I can for claiming something that does not even work.Show lessChinoiserie777
Worst app ever used
You would think the developer of one of the biggest banks in Indonesia can program such a simple app. Think again, one of the most useless apps I have used in my entire life. Every time you want to log in, you have to go to the ATM to verify a pin as the app resets your log in every time. After months, Mandiri cannot even spend the tiniest bit of money to pay the developer to fix this issue. Embarrassing. To any foreigners looking to open a bank and your sitting there while they tell you to download the app, take it as a warning from me. Do NOT join mandiri if you need online banking. If you dont beleive me, go on the playstore and check the thousands of 1* reviews there with the same problem. No matter what they reply or what the banker says about the app, its a lie, the app has always been broken and they cannot figure out how to fix it neither do they put any effort into getting it fixed. Ini sangat menyusahkan sekali . Kenapa harus terhubung dengan debit atm mandiri. Kalau sudah bisa ada OTP No Luar Negeri. Kalau masih harus terkoneksi dengan Atm debit yang artinya harus berurusan dengan bank mandiri lokal di Indonesia untuk pengaktifan kembali (tidak ada kartu debit ATM yg aktif dan PIN yang aktif ) . Nasabah disarankan untuk mengunjungi kantor cabang. Jadi yg tinggal di luar negeri harus pulang dulu. Sampai dengan review ini saya post. Sudah seminggu tidak ada solusi yang saya dapatkan . Saldo di rekening tertahan dan tidak bisa di proses . Alangkah menyusahkan. Dan tidak tau apakah ini akan mendapatkan solusi atau tidak. Bagi nasabah mandiri yg berada di Luar Negeri Harap berhati hati saat memasukkan PIN. Dan berfikir kembali apabila ini terjadi pada anda.
