Photo Cropping fixed but … colors are bad now
I appreciate the cropping fix. However , on my mini retro 2 I find the picture image quality and color was also compromised with that previous update. Inaccurate and grainier now. Please correct.
Firmware won’t update
Says needs to update firmware but it just sits and beeps and does nothing. Ive unplugged it and let it sit several times, uninstalled the app several times and after a week of trying, I’m about to throw it in the trash!!!

Fix the stupid bug!!
I’m so disappointed!! After waiting for two weeks, this most updated 3.0.0 version brings an even more stupid bug! It will spin one empty cycle before printing, wasting half a pack of photo paper!! What are your programmers doing?!!

It’s been updated I believe, it dies really fast, I got 15 photos out of it before it died. Buy this photo printer!!

updates keep ruining the app
my camera has worked fine since i purchased it brand new. now after updating the app , it seems the battery percentage is glitching saying battery is too low to print when it was just at 40% then it dropped to 0 but the camera was still on. app was working fine before updating it. hopefully they fix whatever this is. fix it.
AGAIN they added another unnecessary update that is making it difficult to use my camera. gonna end up getting my money back & continuing to leave 1 star reviews for this app. terrible company.

it’s sad i can’t rate 0
this app has consistently not worked throughout the year and ~3 mo life time of my photo dock plus. most recently, the latest update updated the firmware on my dock. after 5 unsuccessful prints that were completely off the side, i got it to print a correct image… now anytime i select any other new image, it only prints the one that worked that one time… no matter what…
also DONT FORGET TO TURN OFF ANY SCREEN AUTOLOCK!!!!!!
the second your screen closes when the app is in printing progress, the app and printer both stop working and become unusable. i had this happen on the yellow layer of the very first photo of me trying to print 5 images, and i am still trying to figure out how to get it to turn back on.

App update 2.55.0 is awful! So is 3.00.0
Update: Version 3.00.0 is even worse! Picture is still cut off and printed sideways! I cannot believe there are still issues. Time to go back to an older version, Kodak!
Had no issues until I was prompted to update the app to version 2.55.0. Same problems with 2.56.0. After the update picture size and borders are printing nothing like the preview and top of picture is cut off. Waste of time and prints! Do not update to this version! Wish I could get the old version back. App needs to be fixed/changed back or this printer is useless.

Bluetooth Issue
Takes great prints when the Bluetooth error doesn’t pop up, not sure how that’s an issue when it says I’m connected to the device though so
