Easier than i thought
It is so simple and easy to use. I can’t stress enough that you need to follow the instructions. My photos came out gorgeous and it was as simple as downloading the app, letting the printer update for 2 minutes, connecting Bluetooth, and hitting print. The printer makes 3 passed then laminated the photo. When it breaks, I’m buying another just like it.BabieBop

Newest Software Update August 6th
Just downloaded the new update since I realized I was a bit behind, now I can’t even print pictures out from my camera roll? Not sure how that was affected at all by the download but I now have no idea how to fix it so I can’t print out pictures I need for this project.Livy:;;;)
Does Not Work At All
Just got the Kodak photo printer dock, and it won’t work without this app, and the app does not work. Just has a window about updating firmware stuck on there, even after update was completed. Disappointing.VictoriaM9

Struggle
Tried printing photos months ago and was told I needed different paper 4 by 3 to print on. The paper I had been using just stopped working?? Now after the update I can’t get the app to load at all after the firmware update. This printer now seems pointless to have…K^S^
Bluetooth stopped working after update
Camera can not connect to the phone, bluetooth light turned off on the camera after latest update. Restart of the app and camera did not help.lora_33
Bad update?
I downloaded the latest firmware, now it won’t print because it can’t detect paper? I’ve tried to have 1 sheet to 10 sheets of photo paper in the printer (Kodak brand paper for this specific printer too), making sure everything is clean- not sure what else to do.
I have tons of photo paper and the print cartridges but a non working printer 😭**AAC**

Kodak Printing
Just to print photos I have to delete and redownload the app multiple times. It’s so frustrating when I have a project that needs photos with it. I have this printer to print photos, yet it can’t seem to do a good job of it.k...i...r....
