App update 2.55.0 is awful!
Had no issues until I was prompted to update the app to version 2.55.0. Same problems with 2.56.0. After the update picture size and borders are printing nothing like the preview and top of picture is cut off. Waste of time and prints! Do not update to this version! Wish I could get the old version back. App needs to be fixed/changed back or this printer is useless.

New update broke app
Worked perfectly up until the 2.56 update, now you can’t resize photos, they look fine in the app, but revert to default when you try to print, resulting in wasted paper.
Used to be 5 stars; don’t update!
Last update means I can’t print edited photos anymore. Fix ASAP please or this printer becomes expensive scrap.

I’ve been using this printer for abt a year and until a couple of weeks ago, in can’t press on print anymore. So I can’t print anything
Problem with the new update
I’ve been using this and printing photos for more than a year, never had problems, but now the frames don’t work, it prints the wrong photo, I chose one on my phone and it printed another one from my phot gallery. Keep wasting film/cartridges. Please fix the bugs and test it before deploying updates. Could you make a roll back asap so we can continue printing on the previous version please?

Still not working right
I was advised to delete the app, remove the Bluetooth connection and reload app. Same problem since update. I cannot resize and print images at all. Wasting paper trying to resolve. If you pinch a photo to fit inside the frame it looks correct but then prints as if it was never resized. Awful results.

update ruined the app
my camera has worked fine since i purchased it brand new.
now after updating the app , it seems the battery percentage is glitching saying battery is too low to print when it was just at 40% then it dropped to 0 but the camera was still on.
app was working fine before updating it. hopefully they fix whatever this is. fix it.

Cropping doesn’t work
Editing not working
Just did the update (Nov 5) to version 2.56.0. I edited pictures (crop function) and it didn’t crop. I wasted 2 films.
Really good!
The app has rly cool transitions while it’s printing and the printer itself is so amazing, went on a road trip while completing a journal and being able to print pictures as I went was so nice, especially because I don’t have to worry about spending loads on Polaroid papers
