Won’t print
This printer worked perfectly for the first 4 or 5 pictures I printed. After that, I get a consistent error message saying the printer is out of paper or ink - neither is empty. I tried putting in a new cartridge and the same message appeared. It’s easier and less aggravating to pay 40 cents to send the pictures to CVS and pick them up in an hour.Devil rum
Mystery now
My Kodak printer was easy to use until the “newer” app. I have no clue how it works now. It just keeps sending me back to the app page. I open it and I click on the pictures, and nothing happens. It just sits. It was a great app. Now I have to spend hours trying to do what I could do instantly before. Thanks for nothing!Noprintsad
Great app great printer
I am not sure why so many complaints… this app is great. Very easy to use. The printer works perfectly. I have every single printer of every single manufacturer. This is by far one of the best printers and apps on the market.bbvc2000
It doesn’t always connect to my photos
I have to delete & redownload the app. There’s always a system update then I run into this problem. It’s annoying & inconvenient. Too much trouble than it’s worth. I should have gotten a different photo printer.Mcannabis
Easy to use
This app is very easy to use for the people that are having trouble it might be you Bluetooth you have to make sure it’s connected in order to work but otherwise it’s really simpleLoochicorn
For people who have had their Kodak app break
Delete and reinstall the app to return the images that you can print, you will have to re-give accesscricmis
Needs to be fixed asap
Can’t print anything because the photos won’t load. Didn’t have any issues when I first downloaded earlier today, but tried to use my app/printer a couple hours later and it was impossible to get a photo to load in and edit it/print. Just shows a white spot. Really sucky and considering returning everything immediately.Ruthannbeloved
App suddenly doesn’t work
Whatever y'all did with the last update, the app suddenly has no way to access any of the photos, even if permissions are given. I don’t know if it’s just the latest iOS update that has rendered the app unusable or y'all tried all these bug fixes that made the app unwilling to work on an iPhone 15, but as of right now I have a useless piece of expensive tech that I can’t do anything with now. I’ve tried every troubleshooting idea I could find for it but no luck. Are you trying to force people to buy the newer printers? Whatever it is, it’s really disappointing because when it used to work I was able to print photos for journals from travels and holidays. And now, it’s just an $80 paperweight. :(Fortunado
BRING BACK FILTERS
The Kodak printer used to have a filters on the camera, but for some reason they just took them off. My friends and I loved taking funny pics with the filters and then printing them to put in our lockers but we cant do that anymore. Why did they take them off?Rotfl20
Key buttons don’t work.
The app is not intuitive. I am learning how to use the app as I just received the product, but I have to force close the app if I want to add new photos between uses, so the app prompts me to ask to access my phones library.
When I finally chose a few photos, I went to select edit and print, and while it allows me to edit, the print button does not allow me to click on it. I force closed it several times to restart it and see if it helps but I experience the same issues over and over again.
So basically it’s useless.
It’s pretty disappointing since this product is such a prevalent company for it’s industry and the technology is so poor and dysfunctional.K Turnbull
