Firmware update stuck
App is stuck on firmware update. Just opened up the printer to try out for the first time. Can’t even get it to update the firmware and be able to use.
This app needs major fixes
Won’t connect. I bought the camera for nothing. I can’t print because of this app.
Update 2.55.0 not working
Just update to the lastest version. I have been printing pictures for the last 2 weeks almost everyday. Today after the new update , the usual white border is no longer working. Hence my picture are out of frame with no border on top and bottom and the left border is thinner than the right. Just wasted a series of papers. Innaceptable please test everything before releasing an update

App Stopped working
I bought this printer about 6 months ago. I used it a few times and it worked fine every time but today I tried to use it again and right when I get it connected to the printer an update pops up on my screen and doesn’t allow me to do anything. I can’t print or choose any photos. I literally stay stuck on the updating pop up & the pop up stays stuck on 100%. I also did not receive a notice that my printer needed an update so it possibly be because I turned it off when the power button started flashing red (without the update pop up showing).

Makes images low res, terrible function
This app will take images that aren’t low res and look great in the photo app and turn them into low res blurry images within the Kodak app, which of course means they print out low quality. The in app editing is absolutely terrible, functions very poorly. Makes me regret purchasing the mini photo printer.

Firm wear update
App just keeps doing a firm wear update it’ll reach 100% then my whole screen is frozen it doesn’t go away and i have to exit out of the app i can’t even print 1 photo because everytime my phone connects to the device it’s starts the firmware update and then freezes I’ve tried everything nothings working !!

App update 2.55.0 is awful!
Had no issues until I was prompted to update the app to version 2.55.0. After the update picture size and borders are printing nothing like the preview and top of picture is cut off. Waste of time and prints! Do not update to this version! Wish I could get the old version back. App needs to be fixed/changed back or this printer is useless.

Horrible
This app is terrible! I ended up returning the camera. In the app it was stuck on the “firm ware update” screen for HOURS! Never worked so I’m returning it!
Update came with new bugs
I just completed the new software update today and it has made the app and printer unusable. Each time I open the app and connect to the printer, it prompts a firmware update. However, the firmware update does not end. It says that it’s 100% complete, but I cannot dismiss the message and I’ve tried numerous ways to get around this problem, including deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked. I will not be able to print any pictures until this bug is fixed.

App problems
I don’t know what’s happened - but anytime I try to use the app it just opens to a black screen. Tried uninstalling / reinstalling the app, checked for updates. Nothing. Considering printing photos from my phone is the whole reason I purchased this product - it’s a bit useless currently. I hope this is resolved, because it had been working great previously.
