Frustrated after all update but then…
After I updated the app the gallery of photos would not load. I restarted the printer and closed out of the app but it wasn’t until I deleted and then reloaded the app that it worked well. I love it.sisterswish

Poor battery life on the printer. Image quality is better than other brands but not amazing. The app needs a lot of work. Not sure how much I trust the dev team’s work if the version history notes don’t even have quality control - what is “improved Picture quality quality”?Pali12345
what happened??
before there was a bunch of frames I was able to pick from, They were cute too, but now there’s barely any, and I wouldn’t choose any of them not very well. I thought you would add more frames not take away everything you had before and then replace it with less than half of what you had before and it not even be the same quality. The picture quality is better now, but I used to really like the features to make the photo more unique instead it’s just a regular Polaroid print out now. disappointed..ksjuxjabuzksndj
Wont connect anymore
I love the printer, if it works.
However, even when the printer says Im connected to bluetooth, and my phone says im connected to bluetooth, the app says im not connected and wont print anything. Its been like this for months. Ive deleted the app, redownloaded, turned bluetooth on and off, disconnected the bluetooth and reconnected. Nothing works. The app bluetooth icon is still red, and wont let me print!!!!! Rendering the printer useless!!!itsmevictory

I liked it better when it had the filters u could choose from and the filter where u could change ur dif parts of ur face. I hope it goes back to that cause it made my pictures look betterAnonymous585628
Solid app
This app is easy to navigate and the printing process was super straightforward. I think it’s adorable how the app shows you which color the printer is adding to the photo in real time. I had an issue with photos updating and customer support replied right away.JJugan

Needs a lot of work
This is more like a beta. Can’t access photos other than the camera roll. Doesn’t like photos that are edited square - keeps thinking they’re 4x6. Very difficult to print a photo.BoyRacerNJ
Will not print unless allow access to ALL photos
You have a product, it should work. Cant use printer without removing access control.
To debuggers: installed app, chose selected photos, get message “must grant access to photo library”cache_refresh
Requires full access to photo library
The only reason this app could possibly demand full access to the whole photo library is so that the publisher can steal what is there. It’s a scam. I will never buy another product from this company for as long as this is a requirement. Sad.Disappointed Kit Junky
