Not working
I used this app all year to print photos, just did the update and all of a sudden the option to view my photo albums on my phone is no longer working. Hope they fix soon as this is a big frustration making the product useless
NOT WORKING
ridiculous it won’t work, i’ve updated everything, but only the camera feature is working! it’s impossible to print any photos you already have! FIX IT
Terrible
The only way to print full quality photos is to open the app, select the photo, then connect to the printer via Bluetooth. Then if you want to print a second photo, you have to disconnect the printer, close the app, and repeat the steps above again. If the printer is already connected to your phone before opening the app, then all photos are terrible quality. This is ridiculous.

Won’t let me print
just started using my printer thing again and the app won’t let me hit print , boooo lame

I got this printer a few months ago.
However, during my use of such, the printer was amazing, but the app has granted me with difficulties.
While trying to use the app I have noticed that the features have not been working well or even loading the photos which would allow me to use the printer resulting both useless.
I hope you get this problem figured out soon.

Print button is not available
I’m trying to print. I’ve replaced the ink cartridge and put more print paper, but the app won’t let me even click the print option no matter what I do. So this thing is just a brick right now. Please fix.
App No Longer Works
After using this photo printer for 6+ months, all of a sudden I can’t get the app to recognize the Bluetooth connection and actually print anything. The Bluetooth connection between my phone and the printer is fine, the app just won’t recognize it and therefore nothing works. Please fix this bug!!!
No photos in iOS 18 until reinstall
No photos would show until I reinstalled the app and was prompted for Photos permission again. Must be due to newly installing iOS 18
No access to photo gallery
App doesn’t access photo gallery and doesn’t prompt user to allow access to photo gallery. Can’t use the product until this is resolved.
App crashes
The app has been working no problem for the past 3 months but recently it crashes every time I try to print a photo, it is now at the point where I’m not able to even use the printer. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache nothing has worked.
