The app wont let me access ny photo gallery anymore to print from there. Please fix
Albums not working on Apple
Seems like the latest update is preventing us Apple users from importing our pictures in the App. A blank screen is all I get both under “albums” and “photos”. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
App wasn't working at first
I bought a P210R after I updated my phone to iOS 18, and couldn't get the app to work. It just keeps 'spinning'. (I finally had to use an older phone to make sure I didn't receive a bad printer. It works on the older phone.)
I already deleted the app, rebooted, and reinstalled the app.
UPDATE: After a day or two of the app just spinning, it started to work. Editing pictures is not user-friendly, and if you go back to the main page, you lose all the editing and have to start over.

Can’t print from phone
It might be because of the latest apple update but it won’t let me view my album and print photos from my phone.

Great printer terrible app
I seriously want to be pleased with my purchase as I think the printer is great but this app completely takes the shine off
It needs a serious overhaul to make it usable. Trying to make a collage is clunky and near impossible.
How nobody else has pointed this out is beyond me…

App not working under iOS 18

Completely blank “my album”
Cannot view any photo in my camera roll, or select them, cannot print either, clicking “my album” does nothing.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. After an update, the app may sometimes not function properly. In such cases, please delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store. When reinstalling, please make sure to allow all pop-ups. Thank you.
Not a user friendly app
I am using the app on an iPhone.
The editing features of this app are very cumbersome: Adding text is a nightmare
When adding text, the keyboard pops up on top of the picture and you can’t move the text to the lower part of the photo because you can’t see the text box.
If you didn’t like your text or its position, you can’t go back and edit it. You have to delete and start over. Sometimes you have to reset all the other editing features (like if you had cropped and put a filter and then a text, to change the text you have to delete everything).
You don’t get a good preview of the print until you confirm all the editing. Then if you don’t like it: start over again!
If you take to long and the printer goes to sleep, guess what? Start ALL OVER AGAIN!
I could not find a way to save the edits.
Also, I can’t find the settings to give/remove access to my photo library.
The mini portable printer is really nice. I guess is best to edit your photos using a different app and then use this Kodak app just to print.

Blank screen
Every time I open the app it doesn’t show my
Photos. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app a few times in order for them to show up.

I just got the printer but the app prompted a firmware update. It’s not working.
