No longer works
I used to love my little printer but I haven’t been able to get it to work in a couple of months.
Cannot print photos with my photo printer!
Umm, y’all know this is a photo printing app, right? When can we expect a fix? What a waste of money.
App Hangs with M200 Era
I just bought an M200 Era. After doing the firmware update, the app detects the printer, but just sits with the spinning wait icon and no functionality. I’ll be returning the printer since the app is unusable.
Can’t access photos
There is no option to access my photos with the new update.
Unable to print with update
Just bought a new pack of cartridges, and I’m unable to upload mobile pictures to print.

This app wasn’t good to begin with but recently stopped loading photos altogether. It’s the only app compatible with a $150 photo printer I just bought. Ridiculous
Was a good printer until it wasn’t.
As of recent update I can no longer print from my stored albums. It only lets me print pictures I take through the app. Really defeats the purpose.

I tried to print photos from my album but it doesn’t work at all! The app keeps turning off all the time. Please fix this in shorten time
Took Away SO MUCH
There used to be so many more frame options, such as just plain white, normal for a Polaroid picture, right? Can’t use that anymore! I used to really like using this app with my printer and it doesn’t seem my printer (mini 2 retro) works with any of the other Kodak apps. I don’t see myself buying any of their products again if they’re eventually going to take away everything on the app that made it good to start.
