I am currently based in the USA but I have maintained my post paid account with Globe. But apparently, it’s so hard to manage at all. It was not like this before.
This is one useless app and telecom company. They make it hard for you to even access your own account.
Globe account used to be accessible via desktop, but they took that away and replaced it with one worthless app that you can’t even access. You even can’t receive OTP. There is no backup access for your account at all.
If you need help, as per their website, they will instruct you to access you Globe One App. But then, the app doesn’t work. It’s like an endless loop of nonsense.
Please, I don’t need the app. Globe Telecom, just give us access via desktop if the app won’t work at all.
