Yes! Me too. I can no longer access my account. Globe does not recognize my phone number and yet they are charging me for this month. Weird! Fix this bug asap Globe! Totally unacceptable.
Worst and most useless app
The worst and most useless app I downloaded. You can’t even log in. Maybe the IT’s so underpaid they won’t work on it.
Take my money
Everytime I try to purchase a travel eSIM I get an error that says there was a problem processing your payment. Thank goodness my phone still has a physical sim slot so I can buy a travel sim in the airport that should hopefully work.
I have tried multiple credit cards and all had the same error. It went through one time but was declined by my card. After that I approved the purchase but it wouldn’t go through the second time to make the purchase.

LOAD DISAPPEARED!!!
My load just disappeared and when I try to complain to the auto prompt thing….it would always say it doesn’t understand the amount of load I have typed. I typed in numerical form and writter in words but still the auto prompt would always say it doesnt understand!!! They just stole my load!!!

The Philippines will never improve if companies like Globe just keep operating business as usual. This app and Globe service is worse than in any 4th world country. In any country in the world you would have your problem fixed within an hour. Everybody from the CEO on down needs to be fired and a competent management team brought in as a replacement. The eSIM conversion feature doesn’t work, nor does the payment system. Customer service is non existent! This is exactly why the world looks at the Philippines as the number one 3rd world scam country. It’s not the average person that’s the problem, it’s the corporate greed. Is there ANYBODY in that scam company that looks at the reviews??? Every single one is a one star critique of the lousy products and service yet all people hear in response is the same canned insults..”We’re sorry nothing works, we’re constantly striving to improve, please visit our non-existent, worthless customer service if you need anything else.”

top notch customer service as always
Same experience as another person here. Had to stay abroad for 2 months now.. logged out of my globeone account.. they most likely have charged me overdue fees already, or even, deactivated my line therefore not being able to do anything more and more so. When I try to transact on messenger, website, they all just lead me to the globeone app! How do I transact with Globe from overseas??

To be honest the app is very bloated with bunch of unnecessary options, should make it more simple than bunch of weird adds and whatnot, also adding load and buying promo is totally useless as it does not work, you have to go through oldschool messaging and typing certain codes to get the load in, we are in 2024 make it more simple please.

One useless App
I am currently based in the USA but I have maintained my post paid account with Globe. But apparently, it’s so hard to manage at all. It was not like this before.
This is one useless app and telecom company. They make it hard for you to even access your own account.
Globe account used to be accessible via desktop, but they took that away and replaced it with one worthless app that you can’t even access. You even can’t receive OTP. There is no backup access for your account at all.
If you need help, as per their website, they will instruct you to access you Globe One App. But then, the app doesn’t work. It’s like an endless loop of nonsense.
Please, I don’t need the app. Globe Telecom, just give us access via desktop if the app won’t work at all.

downloaded this app as per advice by c-care service for physical sim to esim convertion but nothing happen, there is no esim convertion…
Not working anymore
Why is this app not working anymore? What happens is everytime I log in, the home screen refreshes but it logs me out right away. And I try to log in again, does the same thing.
