Works perfectly!

I don’t understand the bad reviews. Either they fixed the problem or they are isolated cases. I originally had a 80GB plan for 30 days and I tried to extend it by 5 days for 50 PHP via the app and I paid by card, verified with my bank and then the payment went through! Very easy process. It does work! I was quite reluctant at first, but I’m very happy now. Thanks Globeteam!

Can not log on

Have my Philippine number and account.
After around 60 days in the US I was automatically logged out of the app. Can not log on to the app to check and maintain my account. App continues to sent one time PIN numbers to this Philippine phone number here in the US but never receive it because no Philippine cell signal here. Keep in mind, I still can send and receive text messages internationally using this Philippine number in the US. Just not able to receive the one time PIN to log back into the app. Once logged out the app is useless outside the Philippines. Please help.

Scam

I paid for a P100 load. Only used P10. When I tried to use it again, I expected to see a balance of P90. Nope, it was down to around P67. I used another P10. Today, it’s down to P2 and some change. There is no history to reflect activity on the account. I inly have screenshots. The security is not just weak. It’s non existent. This app is reflective of the sad state of the filipino. No different than the stupid PWD ramp they built in QC. I just have no choice but use this app because I pay for my dad’s account and my dad is on the globe network.

Too many updates

This app updates far too regularly, can’t access without updating either.

Do not recommend

The app will not let me pay. I have tried numerous times using my debit card to pay for a promo in the app but it will not go through. After confirming the payment in my banking app and being redirected, I am met with the message “We are having issues. Please try again later.”
Payment will only go through rarely. I was successful going through the same process of buying a promo after nearly a whole day of repeatedly trying.
This was meant to be an easy and convenient method of paying but instead has been frustrating.

What Globe is doing is theft

Repeatedly pulling 5 pesos out of my load balance every 15 minutes based on some bogus connect to the internet charge is something that cant be explained other than admitting your company blatantly steals from their customers. When I am at home connected to my wifi network, I don’t need to connect my phone to the internet through Globe but your poorly designed app keeps taking 5 pesos out every 15 minutes regardless. Yet another strong incentive to drop Globe and switch to Smart. How about considering how woefully inadequate whoever designed this terrible app is and fixing it by getting rid of of them?

Doesn’t show subscription

Updated: 10 July 2024 and now it’s not showing my data, call, and text subscription. Every update seems to mess up everything. Well done 👍😂

Hire better people

Whoever is responsible for your day to day operations isn’t good at their job. What’s the purpose of creating an app thats terribly designed, difficult to navigate and doesn’t allow customers to manage their load and subscription renewals on line? Instead i have to go to a retailer to complete a simple plan renewal transaction that should be easy to complete on my phone from my home. How Globe stays in business is a total mystery given the lack of intelligence and ineptitude of their staff. Garbage in garbage out, think about it.
