Hire better people

Whoever is responsible for your day to day operations isn’t good at their job. What’s the purpose of creating an app thats terribly designed, difficult to navigate and doesn’t allow customers to manage their load and subscription renewals on line? Instead i have to go to a retailer to complete a simple plan renewal transaction that should be easy to complete on my phone from my home. How Globe stays in business is a total mystery given the lack of intelligence and ineptitude of their staff. Garbage in garbage out, think about it.

App Payment System Continues to Fail

I’m a traveler from a different country and I have tried multiple international credit cards to purchase the promo for international eSIM. I have made sure all information is correct and tried multiple times per card, and it still has not worked. All my credit cards have worked in other places so far. This is just very frustrating. I was looking forward for Globe’s eSIM, but with an app that doesn’t work, they’ve lost another customer. Perhaps making sure the app works before releasing it might be a good idea.

Won’t let me claim my freebie for a new sim card

This app is crazy and a bogus. I recently bought a sim and activated it. Received a message that i can claim a freebie by downloading this app then tapping the surprise button but every time i do so an error always occurred lol. Truely disappointed.

Too many updates

There is too many updates and although i understand you have to fix bugs and stuff, its still too many, i haven’t had any app that requires that many updates

UNUSABLE APP!!!!

I've been having a very frustrating experience with the GlobeOne App. Logging in has been a nightmare as the app constantly says "something went wrong, try again," but it never resolves. There's no help button or any way to easily reach the developers for support, which is incredibly disappointing. This app is supposed to make things easier, but it's been nothing but trouble. I hope the developers address these issues soon because, as it stands, it's unusable.

Make it hard for me!!!!

I can't log in or even create an account! it says my number is not yet register even if I already registered. Then I need to connect it to Home Prepaid Wifi modem?? why??!!!

Waste of time

The app file size is large for what little it does. As a foreigner, I was disappointed how Globe gives me only one option for a traveler. It also doesn’t help that after using multiple methods to pay for said service nothing worked to confirm payment because of “issues”.

App deserves no stars for a review. I ended up using another esim carrier/provider since globe doesn’t work as expected.

DON’T HIRE IDIOT APP DEVELOPER

They will make your app worst, this developer is idiot! Think simple DO NOT COPY OTHER APP to make this app better look! Make a simple app! That is all we need. Your developer are excited on things they copied somewhere else but do not understand WHY and HOW they need it and how it works in line with your system!
