Thank you for sharing your feedback! Features for Mobile Postpaid users will be up and running very soon. In the meantime, the old GlobeOne app can still be used as of today. Rest assured that the old GlobeOne app will not cease in function until the New GlobeOne is complete.
Every time you release a “new” app, things gets worse!
You know what irks your subscribers to try and support these apps? The experience of having to put again all the details which should have already been there (personal details, account numbers etc).

New GlobeOne will now have a new look and feel and will be the primary app to manage your Globe accounts. The new app will have the features and functionality of the existing apps and more!

Also the app requested for a different email as the email I put is the same as my Globe One and for my postpaid subscription. Make life complicated with many different email to remember.
Make the app simple straight forward and not a marketing tool. Be a big box provider not a sari sari store.
