Still needs work
This could be cleaner and not as messy. But one question I still have. Where can I see the details of the usage on my glove at home? For example, the 4gb daily allowance on gowatch199. Globe at home app showed all the details. Why can’t I see that here?

No account migration from old app. Come on no need to have multiple app just for new features and looks. Plan better and do better
I can’t open the new GlobeOne nor update
Having a hard time opening the site. Have updated it but it still doesn’t want to update
Can’t redeem rewards on both iPhone 7 and iPhone 12
Both my sister and I always encounter problems while trying to redeem rewards on this app using different iPhone models but both have been updated with the latest iOS and latest app version. How disappointing.
Useless… adding members to Group Data is a joke
Useless. The Globe at Home app was already functioning well and for some stupid reason, we were forced to transition to this useless junk. When you add members to Group Data, it crashes. I would give this app a ZERO if i can. Globe needs to sack the ‘developers’ for this trash. And Globe is a getting more inutile every day. If only there is a better solution aside from these moneysuckers.

What a waste
The older one is so much better and more responsive than this one. I thought I’d never say this but this app is a bloatware that does nothing that it’s supposed to do other than show you useless ads. Stop with the cosmetics and make a simple APP THAT WORKS!
Gets worse with every update
The new GlobeOne app is worse than the old one and gets even worse as it’s updated.
Globe number not recognized
I’m trying to Add Account by adding my Mobile number but getting error message “Not a valid Globe number.” So now I can’t load, sign-up for promos, check balance etc. As other reviewers noted, this is a useless app.

I don’t get it, the old app tells me to install the new app to redeem my points, I install the new app and it won’t even let me add my post-paid mobile account, just gives me errors each time I try.
What’s the point of having this app if I can’t add my account to manage and pay bills?
