App constantly crashes, doesn’t let me pay with my debit card and is just overall bad.
cannot process payments. useless
tried to pay with credit card. payment failed every time, even with the Old GlobeOne app.
had to buy load with the OLD OLD globe app. that worked. But then you CANNOT USE LOAD TO BUY A PLAN IN NEW GLOBEONE. MONEY WASTED. lucky you can use load to buy a plan in OLD GLOBEONE. this scam sim card wasted hours of my life. NEVER use globe!!!

Poor service, it doesn’t work
Annoying app, it doesn’t work all the time!
Can’t even Verify my email
This app verification system is useless. I can’t even register a email. I get a verify email, that takes me to the app store to open and already open app and does absolutely nothing. The engineering team
Should be fired for being useless.
Update, 2 weeks later! I finally got to verify my email. But now I can’t even add a mobile number! This app keeps popping up errors to try again and again and again and again. Useless app! Fire the Engineers and whoever else touches this app.

Cannot proceed with payment always on error with any mode of payment

I have thousand of load credits in my number i cant even used to registered promos because you can only use gcash and debit the f is this app developer has no brain at all and it does work all the time its totaly useless
Too much require In Password
I decided to create a new account i stop it because When i enter my Password too much require i have 8Letters 4 Number and 1 special character symbol but still CANT ACCEPT IT!! That’s it!! Im DONE! Delete app!

Removed Data Rewards
You removed the rewards additional data feature. How greedy can you get? Only reason you made this app is to have people spend more on stuff that should be included in our plan. You keep changing our plans just to increase your bottomline you corporate leeches. If I could give you a negative rating, I would.
