Can’t verify email.
Needs improvement. App does not open automatically during email verification. It just keeps opening the App Store.
The worst!
Too hard to enroll Globe Prepaid Wifi accounts. I have a pocket wifi, a Globe at Home modem and a Globe LTE Advanced modem and I can’t enroll any of them on this junk app.
SMART’s Giga Life app is so much better and they have better promos too.

Unusable
Can’t even enroll an account. “Something went wrong. Please go back and start again.” Get someone who knows how to develop apps that actually works.

Smart’s app is so much more functional. I can’t register my prepaid wifi at all, and i have to go back to the Globe store just to get it to somehow register. I shouldn’t have to do that. Globe, fix your dumb app. Please.

Too much apps
There are a lot of versions of this app. Why not just improve the current app? I think you're taking the easier route. Just update a single app and improve it. So inconvenient to keep downloading. The other app is still functioning, why not just improve it. And why must I log in via email when I what i used before was just a mobile number? Such a hassle
