Disappointed

You’re one of the biggest service provider here in the Philippines, and yet, your app and customer service are some of the worst I’ve experienced.

As a major telecommunications company, I expected better service and support. Unfortunately I’ve been let town time and time again.

Useless and not for human use

Who ever designed and developed this should be jailed. All it does is spam promotions, the interface is cumbersome. After paying the bill it still leaves you disconnected. The USA roaming paid service doesn’t work still can’t get call and text. Don’t call your company a telecom service when you can’t provide basic phone and text. Using messenger and an GIE you AI customer service is embarrassing and a disservice to your paying customers.

Horrible

Latest update doesn’t open until I’ve tried at least 3 times. Then once opened you cannot navigate as it just loads forever. Horrific.

Rewards Not Working

Not properly working. They have a deadline in a few days but still couldnt redeem my points. Too many bugs. Not tested properly

Rubbish

I have NEVER EVER come across an app as RUBBISH as this!!!!!!!!!!!!
It reflects Globe’s total disregard for its customers and their feedback on this app.
It’s just taken an hour of repeated FAILURES, (each one different!) simply to try to buy a load. I’ve tried 2 different VISA cards and a MASTERCARD, two different Wi-Fi routers, a Samsung and an iPhone.

How many updates does it take to produce an app that works????? This is absolutely pathetic…..

Not receiving OTP

I have been trying to login for the past 3 days, since it looks like the app forced logged me out.

Now I can’t even receive the OTP, even with a strong cellular signal (full bars), strong WIFI signal (full bars), updated iOS software, and updated app software.

I went to customer service in person at your Megamall branch, and they couldn’t do anything about it; just to submit it as a technical issue for the app developer.

Please fix immediately.

What a joke

I tried multiple times with different credit cards to purchase the service. I even called my credit companies and each said that there were no attempts from anyone trying to use said card. When I arrived the kiosks only permit physical sims and since I have a newer phone that isn’t an option for me. Why release a product that doesn’t work??!!

This company and app is a scam

They won’t provide you any customer service for the app in case something with your purchase goes wrong, and for a fully automated service on a mobile app, there is a lot of things that can go wrong. Paid almost 2000php for the traveller’s package and was not delivered an ESIM. Instead the app keeps freezing on the load screen. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from this company in general; going to the physical locations will only tell you that the app and the stores are two seperate entities. Would sue if not for inconvenience.

Old App was Better

Eversince the introduction of the Globe One app I have never been able to get pass the log in screen no matter what I do. If I log in with my previous credentials it would say “number is not yet registered”, even using my email wont work. It will always say “please sign up using a mobile phone number” when I try to sign up.

I never had any issues with the old app and don’t see why they had to get rid of a working app for this new one. It’s been years since I’ve been able to get tru.
