Great App!!!
This app really does what it says. I am able to access my money as soon as i finish a shift instead of waiting for my pay day every two weeks. Haven't had any issues to date. Highly recommend!gfarty26536
Giving problems and I just got the app
I just got the app and it’s not allowing me to link my bank to it so I can use my same day pay even when u call the customer service it’s like they don’t know how to solve the issue themselvescammahz
Terrible
I started picking up extra shifts simply because the company explained that “instant pay” is now an option. Here I am, 6 days later and still haven’t had available funds added. Not only am I deleting the app, I’m no longer picking up shifts, it defeats the purpose. And a response from customer service hasn’t happened.Show lessLove the lord all the time
Does not work
I have did the “contact us” 100 times and all they say is “it’s down” “it’s not updated,” no it don’t work!!! just say that…then was told to go to work and soon as I clock out it will generate available funds, NOPE!!! Unable to locate my account
I have called several times for the past couple of months for a updated phone number.. finally after a month of calls and emails I get my number updated. Now the app still does not recognize my account and every time I call I’m told to give it a few days for the system to recognize my new number… it’s now been 5 days and still I’m not able to use the app..🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I also get an email saying it can takes weeks for the app to recognize my new number! and my agency says they can’t help because this app is a 3rd pty app… don’t know why my agency even recommends this app to its employees as a way of pay when this app customer service is just down right horrible!!!!! Updated phone number
I have emailed, and called customer service to have my phone number updated almost 3 months ago and I’m still waiting on the update. I keep being told they are working on it! It’s just a phone number why does it take so long?Can’t use at all
Been trying to use this app but it won’t even let me hook up my bank I just updated now in hopes that it would work better but now it just had a white screen pop up with nothing else :( please fix I’d like to like this app but it does absolutely nothingtiffbuck2122002

It’s nice but wen I take my money out too transfer it too my account they said I owed the bank soooo dass really mad how I owed tfing bank if it’s my earn working moneyCandasylove
Avoid
They charge you ahead of time (overnight) when you may not have funds. It then shows up as a missed payment. They do no offer the option to pay manually. So now you're stuck not knowing, you have a prior balance and don't know when they will take that money out of your account.
If there's a missed payment, the option to pay back manually should be available. Most people's banks don't have funds until 5-6am. You're charging before that time and then, not allowing for the person to payShow lessWildoneb
Not working
My job just emailed and texted me about this app and I got super excited as I need some of my money up front during the week but it let me log in but I can’t connect my bank! I wish there was an option to put in my account and routing manually instead of through plaid as I use cashapp I had to download a different banking app just to log in and when I tried it wont connect saying error log in regardless if I sign in through plaid. I really want to like this app but it simply does not work for me if it’s up and running in the future I’ll most definitely use it as access to my money is something I need direly during the week for bills and I have no access to it no thanks to this app thank youShow less
