    Theres still plenty of bugs in this app. I am not able to delete my old debit card. Because I added a new debit card the money I tried to transfer still shows as if I transferred the money. I am not able to see my past check and even when we are on the 1st day of the new pay period I cant take money from the check I still dont have for another week.

  • Horrible app!!!

    This app does not even work, like at all !!!!! Can’t borrow, says card not verified or no debit card when there is a account attached. Makes no sense. Support doesn’t help at all. Can’t fix it or help. This app needs to be deleted or completely fixed!!!! HORRIBLE !!
  • Had a problem as well. Its Terrible app.

    Had a problem as well. It said I have a 700. my account then it disappeared. Two days later tried to borrow again now it’s saying that Houston we have a problem trying to call and it was one man also working alone doesn’t quite agree to me not that many people are using this app and the reviews or disappointing to read.

  • App stopped working

    It takes extraordinary long to contact someone and I’ve been trying to take out money for the longest. Also they keep telling they have to update the app but it seem like it’s not going to happen if this is with other customers too
  • It’s horrible

    So I received an email from this company called my company to make sure if they worked with them or not. My agency says target do. It’s possibly over a month now and keeper still says they can’t locate my account. I always speak to the same one person and he claims he’s the only one working the department I call. I don’t see how that’s even possible to have oneeeeee person working a wholeeeeeee department alone especially with all the issues they have. At this point my company shouldn’t deal with keeper anymore or they should do like other agencies and pay us themselves ahead of time. I’m thinking to give it one more try and then if it still doesn’t work I’m done with it cause I’ve been waiting on a call back and still nothing at all.

    doesn't work it approved me for $100 didn't even send me the money i'm trying to reach customer service no answer and they already took my money smh.. will never use this app again keeper please give me back my money cancel the transaction please thank you
  • This is highly unacceptable

    I’ve been trying to contact this “support team” for over a month. I can’t link my account but all of Direct Deposit information is correct. It is frustrating to have a whole telephone number and email available to contact but there is little to no response. I was on the phone for 72 minutes on hold and not once did someone pickup. I have memorized the the holding music to the point I can play it on the piano. I would text the number given and it would respond 5 days later. Even my agency payroll team has tried contacting them and they’ve gotten no response. It is unfair.

  • Ridiculous is not the word

    Ever since the update idk what happen to this app. Before it was decent, this time around it keeps glitching..it does not successfully transfer to my account but on the app it says it still does and even still shows up as a scheduled payback. How ?! Theres nothing in my account & i confirm with my bank as well! I call the number and even text. NO ONE ANSWERS AT ALL. Whats the point of this app?????? Its very inconvenient now .

  • Hello is anyone really even there??

    Been calling and calling and calling. It just keeps me on hold and then says you can press the start key for them to return your call, we’ll I’ve pressed that a bunch and they never return any calls. So I’ll ask again does anyone really work at this office??
