  • Love this app!

This app is super handy and I don’t have too many plants! (30) super handy and when you add a new plant to your app it asks you some questions to get to know the plant and recommends when to water, etc.) Though I wish it had a Leca watering section and not just a water propagation setting even tho that will still work great I’m just saying it could be added! and it’s free and dosent shove ads in ur face! • Loving the app

I have used this app for a year and it has really helped me keep track of all my different variety of plants. It has helped me get my father’s 30 some year old Christmas Cactus blooming and thriving. What a joy!! I have really enjoyed seeing everything so healthy and beautiful!! Thank you.

I also had an issue with the app and the developer was quick to respond and help me resolve the issue!!

  • So cute and helpful!

I always kill my plants D: I’m not very good I overwater or do too much, I have barely had plants or flowers in my life I really hope I can finally improve a bit! So thankful for this app :D I have geranium pink small plant, Gollum jade tiny succulent, primula pink magenta color, and might get a snake plant. Here’s hoping all goes well! Thankful for this app! Would love to get a green thumb and have more nature/ beautiful colors inside my house. ☺️☺️☺️🙏🪴🪴🪴💙💜🤗🤗 huge recommend to use this app if you sick at keeping plants alive or are a total beginner. Also for experienced people too if you need a little extra help or reminders to water etc.

  • Having a few issues.

I have contacted the developer already but just for users until things are addressed or fixed…

The water meter is wrong. It kept saying my plant had little water yet I got it to the point where it was basically watery dirt. I knew it was too much but just for testing sake. Apparently that’s a pod issue and not the app. They say they’re rolling out a fix for it.

The app won’t allow me to add photos of my plants when I add a new plant to the app. I’ve tried uploading an already taken one and also taking a photo on the spot. No matter what, it won’t work.

My pod does seem to update regularly but a lot of times when I’m checking in on it it says it’s disconnected and then tells me to reconnect it. So I’m not sure if that’s an app issue or pod issue. It should just stay connected though.

Lastly I’m a bit annoyed that after purchasing 2 pods then there is premium features in the app that I would then have to pay for. I think if I’m purchasing the pods I should get the premium for free. I was under the impression when purchasing the pods and it said there is a free app I assumed I wouldn’t have to pay for anything else. You don’t have to have the premium features to use the app but it would be a nice perk considering I purchased pods and may buy more in the future.

There still seem to be a lot of bugs and kinks to work out on this app and the pods themselves.

    Developer Response

Hi Jesi - thank you so much for taking the time here! This feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and the good news is we are tackling a lot of these issues head-on already. To name a few: ->App photo-upload issues - Version 2.5.1 fixed some of these issues that a few devices were facing. If you're still facing upload issues, please reach out to us ASAP at hello@florasense.com and we can sort it out for you! ->Flora Pod moisture issues - Many of these issues were fixed with 2.5.1, and we implemented a new smart adjustment system that ensures your moisture readings make more sense in-tune with your soil mix. ->Flora Plus and Flora Pods - We hear you on this, and we're working on a new pricing and bundling strategy that makes Flora Plus more accessible/free for Flora Pod users! You're definitely right in that there are many kinks to work out, but rest assured that your feedback is being actively taken into consideration and we're working hard to make the experience better for you - and all other plant parents! :)
  • Wonderful but not totally free

Amazing app with the coolest things like identifying your plant and all the information you need about its care. They have a reminder for watering and tell you how much to give and everything. They have quests and communities and a lot of fun and neat things to help you take the best care of your plant possible. But they have two versions the free one and the not so free one. The free one is great if you only have one or two plants. But the monthly or yearly membership has got all the great and plant saving information. But even the free version is awesome to use

  • AMAZING

This is the best plant app by far! Here are some reasons why Flora is amazing.

    - It has an amazing user interface
    - Flora doesn’t force you to pay like other plant apps
    - Very accurate plant identifier

Flora is just the best and I love this app so much! My plants and me are so lucky to have found this app.

  • Definitely helps!!

I had my plants on a watering schedule I thought was working, but after using the pods and the app I found I was under watering my plants. I also love that it takes the guess work out of gardening, it will help with watering, fertilizing, and replanting... added bonus is being about to ask questions instead of researching and getting 5 answers. Loving this app!
