I think i come back here every now and again just for support. the on demand is soooo useless, idek why they implemented it into the city, rather than just putting more regular bus stops, because you could wait 30minutes JUST TO BOOK! and then youll wait thirty more for the bus to come and 45 more minutes because these imbeciles dont know their way around the city. its actually laughable how poor this system is, and actually joke, even my foreign friends laugh. whoever is behind this operation needs a psych evaluation

Double Check the Bus Stop
App regularly switches my intended drop off to a stop 20 minutes further away than the one I select, the pick up times are incredibly inconsistent, I don’t understand how this is cheaper for the city than running one regular bus through my neighborhood

Unbelievable
They are so unserious. The amount of times I’ve been late to school or even other events because the bus times stay inconsistent is so insane. Also the amount of times the bus will go from 15 minutes away to 25 is so frustrating. People have places to be, and if you’re going to use up our time because you don’t want to do your one job, I promise you people will stop using your app. Honestly just create a city bus that comes to my area because I’m so done with it this system.

Wait Times
Wait times have gotten absolutely ridiculous as of late. The service is great but TERRIBLY unreliable. Do not use this to get to work or to anything time sensitive. If you have a spare hour and feel like rolling the dice On Demand is a safe bet.

App as Useless as City Council
What a waste of tax payer money. This app can never pick me up as it should be on demand. Can’t even direct me to nearest pickup point based on my present location. Why have this app in first place ? Bet you the bus goes around and picks up no one all day ! I certainly can’t order a ride ! Shameful ! That’s why Calgary is a better city ! All amenities are set and regulated to work !
