horrible service
would not recommend unless u have no other choice, drivers are always 15-20 m late or just don’t show up at all
Late busses
Where I live there are no buses so the only thing I can use is bud on demand and I end up always being late for school I book like 20min ahead and where I’m going to is only 5 minutes away from the stop so I end up waiting 20min for the bud to show up even tho it says 4 min I wish there was a way to contact them

Worst service by City of Edmonton
If you want to be late to work or school then only take On Demand service.
Route is unpredictable and bus can pick you and while you are on the way to your destination, the bus will make u-turn to pick someone else to same spot from where you have been picked so that’s like you are on bus for additional 10-15 minute without any reason and you are late to work or school on daily basis.
Very poor management and worst ever services you can get in so called developed country Lol.
At pick hours there won’t be bus available for hours.
And ETS has just renewed the new contract with stupid on demand for 3 yrs so now you are struck for 3 yrs before you get regular service.
Minus 5 star service.

This is awful
This app is so awful and this system is too. So terrible. How is there only two buses available at 7:45am that both come in over 30 minutes? And if they are over 30 mins they are blacked out so you can’t even see them. Now I have to walk 20 mins to the closes one as I see three buses pass me.. I don’t understand. When I try to cancel the bus I booked it glitches and says I already have a time slot? Such a bad app,

Unreliable (always late)
Ok, so here’s a thing everytime I book a bus its either i need to wait more minutes than the actual times. I understand if there’s a traffic sometimes. But mostly i saw a lot of drivers on my map that their buses park in the near restaurant or they’re in gas station. My point is they shouldn’t make the booking available to their buses, if they need to eat their lunch or the bus doesn’t have any gasolines. Since, i dont know how long i should wait for them in order for them to reach the transit.

Beyond frustrating
The idea of this service is great because of people that live deep in dense neighborhoods with lack of access to normal transit routes, however, 80% of the drivers are rude or very late compared to the calculated times. Next the app never works, very unpredictable when you want to book a ride as it says “all of the drivers are busy” and leaves me no options to get to my destination. There’s a lot of improvement needed with the system.

Do not use this app!!!
This app is terrible! From the call centre to the drivers everything about this whole system is not it unfortunately i don't have any busses near me so I've been forced to use this app…….i am always late to all my classes even if i wake up an hour earlier than usual the on demand system will find a way to put you at a disadvantage it got so bad I decided to just get a drivers license.

If you guys shut down, it wouldn’t make a difference because you guys don’t do your jobs. You guys get paid to sit around all day. I’m late everyday because there’s never any buses. It says the bus will come in 5 minutes but that easily turns into 30 minutes. The drivers are rude, the service is rude and you guys are making it rude. Your company is a disgrace

Don’t use this garbage unless you have to
The service is dysfunctional asf, the drivers don’t even bother being on time and they like to drive as slow as they can in the summer. They take loops in my neighbourhood just to hold us up and the app itself doesn’t even work. It’s always laggy, it takes no input, it cancel rides and allat. Even the service centre is garbage, they don’t pick up calls and if they do, some of them are rude, they don’t listen at all. This is my only way to get to school and I’m late EVERYDAY no matter how EARLY I book any busses. They make me wait for 1 or 2 trips for the transit centre to my neighbourhood and then they finally let me on the bus 20-40 minutes after I book. Again, it drains matter when I book because it’s like this ALL the time. I have to keep wasting my money in Uber all the time because your service is so garbage, I’m late to school everyday because you guys can’t do your jobs

So unreliable and frustrating
When the service works properly it’s great, it can be much quicker than any other bus. Provided you’re going to or from a specific transit center. The good qualities stop there though.
Unless you’re travelling at times where it’s not busy, good luck getting a bus at the right time. The waits easily exceed 30+ minutes, and there’s no way of knowing to prepare to leave for a bus in 5 minutes or 35 minutes. There’s no good way to plan a trip, except blindly hoping for a bus. The available buses are very limited too, offering one or maybe two options at a time. There’s no way to deny a bus you can’t get to in time to book the next one. Just wait for the bus to get taken and pray.
Even more frustratingly, you’ll find a bus that comes relatively soon, so you book it and get ready to go to the stop. Only when you check how far away it is, the bus hasn’t moved in 10 minutes. Now you’re forced to wait for the driver to see the ride and start moving, or cancel and try for another bus. 9/10 times, you’ll just get the same bus that isn’t moving. If the driver is on their break that’s fine, but they need to turn off their ability to accept rides. It wouldn’t be as bad if there was at least a reasonable estimate of how long it will take, instead the time stays the same or fluctuates by a couple minutes while the bus doesn’t move.
Overall the app is very slow, compared to what it used to be before it got updated. The service is frustrating and unreliable, making planning a trip near impossible without at least extra 30 minutes to get a decent bus. Despite some good experiences when the service was much newer, the app and the service provide a 1 star experience.
