What is My Westmed Connect? My Westmed Connect is Westmed’s personal health coaching program designed to help you manage your health and well-being from the comfort of your home. In this program Westmed will provide you with Bluetooth devices that will sync directly with the My Westmed Connect app. By using the device, your health information will automatically be stored in the secure app and sent to your care provider without you having to input any data yourself.
