Trying to get in
I’ve been with West Med for some time now and now all of a sudden I can’t get into the protocol to send my doctors any notes on medicines given to me or talk to any of my doctors to find out results and different things like that. This is terrible. I need this problem fixed. I can’t even sign on.
Username???
Just signed up for the portal and I can’t login because it didn’t have an option to choose a username nor was I assigned one. I tried using my email address and it didn’t work. 🤷🏻♂️
