So Simple Yet Effective!

Nice App!

I really like the Mimika app! The exercises are effective, and the videos are helpful. I've noticed a decrease in my nasolabial folds and improved skin tone. The only downside is the subscription fee, but the results make it worth it!

Constant credit card charge

Don’t bother getting this app unless you want to keep having your card charged even after cancellation! I have tried reaching out to them and they have no number to get in touch with them. I have emailed them. I have canceled it through my phone and the app yet still I’m having problems with them charging my card….and all you see are these charges over and over, constantly! Definitely not worth the hassle!!!!!

Can't use anything

You pretty much have to pay for premium to use the app. Luckily I didn't subscribe to your 7-day free trial. Could tell by the app and having to pay for a premium that it was a scamming app

Effortless self-care.

The clear guidance made my first session straightforward and simple. The narrator’s calm voice is reassuring, and they explain the importance of each movement. It feels like I’ve made a positive start in focusing on self-care, something I’ve put off for too long.

Not worth it and difficult to cancel

Once they get a hold of your credit card, beware. They will double charge you and you cannot cancel through the app. You have to contact someone at customer service. It is very very difficult to cancel. The app itself is not worth it.

No replies - can’t restart courses

I have messaged about this before within the app with no response. Over half of the classes on the Discover tab won’t restart. I completed the last class, and it offers “restart”, but when I click it nothing happens. I am paying for the face yoga program, so would expect all of the features to be available. Especially when they are clearly offered (“restart”).

False advertising, simpler content but fine

Bought based on an online video ad, content on the ad is not the service you will get here. The content is very simple but it’s a fine structure and I’ve seen results… so why lie in your advertising?!
