Scam app as it takes your money
I saw the previous review and after trying to buy on their website but not being able to as you’re pushed towards this app, I relunctantly downloaded it. I hoped they’d have sorted out the problems but clearly not. I bought two bus tickets and they didn’t appear on the app over 30 minutes before departure. I showed the bus driver and the ticket office my receipt and they refused to allow us on board or reissue a ticket or indeed refund so I had to buy two more tickets at the kiosk. Do not use this app. I would give it zero stars if I was able.Show lessaja222
Read this before using
So this is the Canadian App Store, thus the terrible reviews. They don’t accept postal codes like ours, only zip codes.
You have to make an account to use the app which sucks and takes a long time. Address, email verification, credit card, etc. It will work if you put a zip code of 00000.
Objectively the app is okay but you should not waste your time and just use your visa or Mastercard to pay directly on the bus. They have a tap-to-pay on the buses and trams and if you are taking a regional train, then there are pay stations to buy tickets at the platform/station before you get on.Show less☎☎☎emergen-C
Doesn’t work
Only allows typing in numbers for the billing address zip code! Useless for millions of tourists!

Is there a zero star option?
Absolutely useless app. The bus system in the South of France is extremely disappointing, worst than many third world countries I’ve visited. No clear or updated schedules, buses always late or just not arriving at all. Bus GPS is not reflected in the app. Some buses don’t have working credit card readers, other do. So it’s always a gamble. The app works on some phones but not others, giving errors that the “service is not currently available” when trying to make a purchase. If it does work and you make a purchase, then to activate the ticket doesn’t work unless you force quit the app a couple of times. Can’t activate multiple tickets at once unless you make a profile for EACH accompanied traveller. Imagine what that’s like for a family with kids. Just inefficient and really needs better User Experience design.Show lessCannedfresh
Will lose you money
Do not use this app if travelling on Zou buses. It will fail to validate your ore-purchasee ticket and you will need buy another on the bus. Good luck getting a refund.MrSamba

si tu changes la langue à celle qui n’est past celle du téléphone, l’application refuse de afficher les heures pour les arrêts de bus.sugryoon
Pretty terrible app
Tickets take 10 minutes to load into the app (useless if your bus is approaching).
Tickets which have been purchased and paid for just disappear from the wallet without being used and without explanation.
Timetables are not the same as the timetables displayed at bus stops, leading to immense confusion.
App usually stops working with the dreaded message “no product in the catalogue”, just as you need to verify in the bus.
No Apple Pay integration.
